In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), these terms govern the use of the website service https://www.colopak.com/ (hereinafter, "Website") made available to Internet users by COLOPAK PACKAGING SECUNDARIO, S.L.
Access to the Website is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the user’s internet service provider. Certain services are exclusive to our clients and access to them is restricted. The services provided by COLOPAK PACKAGING SECUNDARIO, S.L. generally have the price (excluding VAT) indicated in the corresponding service proposal and are not offered or provided through the website portal.
In cases where our Website offers e-commerce services subject to contract or financial compensation, the General Terms and Conditions of Contract, as specified, must be accepted.
